Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

For any peanut butter lover out there, I’ve got a recipe for you. This one is peanut butter fudge. But not just any peanut butter fudge, cannabis-infused peanut butter fudge. Oh, and it’s pretty easy to make. How much better could that get?

In this recipe, we will be using unsalted cannabutter. Using salted or unsalted is up to you, but unsalted is recommended. As for cannabutter, it’s a good thing to know how to make if you like making edibles!

Ingredients

  • Aluminum foil, wax paper, or parchment paper
  • 8×8 pan
  • Microwavable bowl
  • Mixer (optional)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 cup of unsalted cannabutter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 pound of powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Line and Grease Pan

Start off by lining your pan with either foil, wax or parchment paper. Then, use some cannabutter to grease it. You could use no-stick grease to do so, but the cannabutter also works well.

Step 2: Melt the Butters

Grab your microwavable bowl and place the peanut butter and cannabutter inside it. Add in the salt, as well. Now, place the bowl in your microwave and heat until the contents inside have completely melted. This should take about 2 minutes with regular peanut butter, and possibly quicker with natural peanut butter.

Step 3: Mix in Remaining Ingredients

After microwaving the bowl, mix in the vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir until completely mixed. Optionally, you can mix the contents of the bowl in a mixer for a few minutes. This will make the fudge much lighter.

Step 4: Spread on Pan and Cool

Reverting back to Step 1, grab your prepared pan and spread the fudge from the bowl onto the pan evenly. Smooth the top off with a spatula or spoon. Then cover the top and place in the refrigerator until cool. Once the fudge has cooled, it is finished!

The cooled fudge will be tasty and infused with cannabis. You can cut them into individual pieces and serve them as is. Enjoy! The fudge can be stored in a refrigerator for up to one week.

That’s all for this recipe. Hope you enjoyed and your fudge comes out delicious! If you would like to check out more of our recipes, click the link directly below. Thanks for reading!

Next, in a large bowl, mix together the marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Stir until completely mixed. Then, set it aside.

Grab a saucepan and boil the sugar and milk in it. Boil this until it reaches a “soft ball” stage (235-245 F on a candy thermometer). Stir occasionally to prevent the mix from burning. Once done, remove it from heat.

Now, grab the large bowl you set aside and mix it with the sugar mix. Stir thoroughly. Make sure that once you pour the sugar mix into the bowl, you begin to stir immediately. If not, the mix could set and harden in the bowl, which is undesired.

After that, pour the mixture onto an 8-inch square pan (buttered or lined with foil). Allow the mixture to harden. Once hard and firm, cut into individual squares and serve them as is!

  1. The cannabis butter they used for this recipe does not have Keef in it. When you make cannabutter properly at the very end you strain it with cheese cloth and a very fine metal strainer. There is no plant material left. Although some keef being so fine Might make its way in there you would not notice

  2. Some people require the THC for pain relief and other medical reasons. besides broad spectrum use of all the cannabinoids is better. CBD is great don’t get me wrong. but it usually works better with THC added to it. that doesn’t mean you can’t get products that have very little THC though still. lots of oils and Other cannabis products have a very low THC amount to make the CBD work better but it still won’t get you high because the THC dose is like a microdose. For example a 250 mg dose of CBD could be more beneficial if you add 4% THC a couple milligrams for example. It wouldn’t get you high but it would help medically. You also have to take into account people that use cannabis regularly for medical reasons build a tolerance to it. So somebody using a very high dose of THC medically could be giving them very little psychoactive effects because their tolerance to the THC is so high. I am prescribed cannabis medically in Illinois legally. I can smoke the hell out of my joints. But when someone comes over and tries to smoke the same amount with me and they’re not used to that amount they get high as hell quick And can’t keep up with my tolerance.

  3. When you make proper cannabutter You strain out all the plant material so there wouldn’t be any in this recipe if you made a good cannabis Butter there should be nothing to worry about when it comes to plant material

  4. If it is for the benefit of your health who cares about legality get it from a local dealer that you can trust at least someone gets indica or a Indica dominant hybrid Then make this and use it cannabis helps wonders with my chronic pain it has brought me down to a quarter of the dose I used to be on of my opioid pain medication. Just because something is a legal doesn’t mean you can’t use it. If it has to do with your health and it will benefit you who cares what anybody else says. You can make canna butter and use it in any edible. You don’t have to have a lot either. I say go for it. I am a legal cannabis patient in Illinois and get it by prescribe doctor but if it was illegal here I still would be getting it and using it because it works wonders. I don’t care about the legality. If it works it works use it. What’s the worst that can happen in your state a ticket.I say do it go for it it works wonders screw the laws

    • Well, if cannabis is not legally sold where you live, then perhaps CBD is? CBD is also good for dealing with pain, but does not get you high. You can also legally purchase a variety of CBD products online and have them shipped to you!
