Cannabis-Infused Cookie Bars Recipe

Those who enjoy whipping up some delicious edibles are always seeking new, creative ways to do so. That is basically what our Edibles Category in the menu above is dedicated towards! We have tons of recipe ideas, and are always coming out with new ones. The great thing about edibles is that they can be made with just about any food/drink or other recipe dish out there. Today we will look at cannabis-infused cookie bars, for those with a THC sweet tooth.

These cookie bars are a sweet treat that are great for serving to other cannabis lovers. Similar to a cookie and a brownie being combined, these cookie bars are pretty easy to make and are entertaining for those who enjoy baking! And to top it all off, depending on your cannabis potency, these bars will deliver a nice high.

For this recipe, you will need some cannabutter (as with most of our recipes). This infused butter typically works as the base ingredient for turning your dish into an edible. You can make a decent amount of cannabutter, use some for this recipe, and have much left over for more cookie bars or even other edible recipes!

Here is what you will need for this recipe:

  • 1 cup of melted cannabutter
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 can of condensed milk

You will also need an oven for baking as well as a glass baking dish (size 9×13 works best). The process of making these edibles should only take you about 30 minutes.

Step 1: Preheat

Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F (176 C). While the oven is preheating, you will prepare the bars in your baking dish.

Step 2: Prepare

In your baking dish, pour in the melted cannabutter first. Next, sprinkle all of the cracker crumbs onto the cannabutter. Press it in lightly to form a crust. Once that is done, sprinkle in the coconut and chocolate chips over the crust. And for the final ingredient, pour the condensed milk over this all.

Step 3: Bake

Once you have combined all of your ingredients in order, and your oven has preheated, you can begin baking. Place the baking dish in your oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until it has become golden on the edges. After this, your cannabis cookie bars are complete!

See how easy that was? All you simply need to do is combine each ingredient in a baking dish (in the right order), then bake it! These easy cookie bars are a tasty treat and sure to get you high! Allow them to cool then serve to your other stoner friends! If you enjoyed this recipe, please share it with others. Thanks for reading!
