Do you love pancakes and love getting high? Well, now you can combine the best of both worlds! This recipe for marijuana pancakes will result in delicious pancakes that get you high. All you need is a few ingredients and to follow a few steps you can chow down on these cannabis-infused pancakes.
The amount of ingredients below are for around 2-4 servings of marijuana pancakes. If you want more or less, just add or subtract a few ingredients.
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cannabutter or canna oil
- 1 1/4 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons of sea salt
Additionally, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, fruits, berries, or anything else you may like on pancakes before you start cooking them.
These marijuana pancakes will take 20-40 minutes total to make and be ready to eat!
Step 1: Create pancake mix
The first step is to make the pancake mix. Beat the egg, milk, and cannabutter (or canna oil) in a large bowl.
Step 2: Mix in dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt. Once mixed, add that to the pancake mix that you made in Step 1. Beat this mix until it is smooth.
Step 3: Cook the mix
Split the mix into separate pieces, which will be each pancake. If you are not sure how much to split the mix, make each pancake about 1/3 of the mix, or just pour the mix into your preferred pancake sizes. Pour each pancake mix onto a heated, greased-up pan on a stove. Then cook them like regular pancakes.
Step 4: Remove from heat and enjoy
When bubbles appear on the top of each pancake, they will be ready to flip. Cook them thoroughly on each side, then remove them from the heat. Once they cool down, they are ready to eat!
