Marijuana Milk Recipe

Want to whip up some milk that gets you high? Yes, it tastes just like regular milk but is infused with marijuana. So you can sit back, enjoy a nice glass of milk, and let it get you high! The recipe is quite simple, which is why this post is rather short. Keep reading for more!


The recipe below is for two servings. So you can sip on some weed milk with a friend, or sip two glasses of weed milk for yourself!

  • 6 grams of marijuana
  • 2 cups of whole milk or heavy cream

That’s it! This recipe is so easy and only requires these two ingredients. For one serving, only use 3 grams of marijuana and 1 cup of whole milk or heavy cream.


The total time to make this weed milk is about two hours. Not bad, and it will result in a tasty edible.

Step 1: Bake the weed

The first thing to do is to decarboxylate the weed. What does that mean? Well, it simply means bake the weed so that it can be used in an edible. Heat your oven to 250 F (120 C). While it heats up, spread the six grams of marijuana evenly onto a baking sheet. Once the oven has heated, bake the weed for about 35 – 40 minutes. Make sure that the weed does not burn, as this can result in it losing some potency (meaning your edible won’t be very strong).

Step 2: Grind up the weed

Once the weed is done baking, remove it from the oven. Then, grind it up. When grinding up the weed, get it as small as you can (I recommend using a grinder instead of your hands). If you have leftover weed after making the edible, you can store it in an airtight container in a cool place for up to two months.

Step 3: Prepare the milk

Now you are going to heat the whole milk or heavy cream (whichever you are using) with the weed. Use a medium saucepan, and add all of the weed and the milk or cream to it. Heat it on a stove on medium to low heat for 45 minutes. Stir it up occasionally. Make sure the milk or cream does not get any hotter than 200 F (93 C).

Step 4: Strain out the milk

When the milk is done heating, remove it from the heat. Let it sit undisturbed for 10 minutes. After this, strain out the milk using a fine mesh sieve over a bowl. Use a spoon to carefully press the milk through the strainer to get all of the weed out. The bowl that was under the strainer contains your completed weed milk. Enjoy!
