Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Edibles can come in any shape or form. You can whip up a tasty marijuana edible with just about anything edible. Food dishes, beverages, snacks, candies, full-course meals, and more can be infused with cannabis to get you high! And, of course, you could make some cannabis chocolate pudding!

In this recipe, you can learn how to make cannabis-infused chocolate pudding. This edible is not only a delicious dessert but also something that can deliver a nice high.

You could substitute chocolate with another flavor, like vanilla, if you do not like or want chocolate-flavored pudding. Simply change out the cocoa powder for your preferred favor, or just leave it as is for chocolate. The choice is yours!

  • 2 large white eggs
  • 10 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cannabis butter
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups of whole milk
  • raspberries or strawberries (optional)

The berries on the list are optional because they are to garnish the pudding. You do not have to add them if you do not want to.

Instructions: How to make cannabis-infused chocolate pudding

Step 1: Prepare the mix

In a mixer, lightly beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Then grab a medium-sized bowl and combine the cornstarch and cocoa powder in it. Whisk in 1 cup of whole milk until it is smooth.

Step 2: Heat it up

In a separate stove-safe bowl, combine the cannabutter, sugar, and the rest of the milk. Heat it on a stove. Whisk this mixture occasionally until it boils. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes. Next, remove the heat, whisk in the cocoa mixture (from Step 1), and return to the low heat. Allow this to simmer and whisk it for 2-3 more minutes.

Step 3: Cool and then reheat

Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Add one cup of the mixture to the egg whites (from step 1). Whisk this together, then add it back to the rest of the cocoa mixture. Cook this on low, and make sure that this does not boil.

Step 4: Cool again

Once cooked, remove it from the heat for the last time. Stir in the vanilla and a dash of salt. Then, allow this mixture to cool. Once it has cooled to room temperature, cover it with a plastic wrap. Cover it right down on top of the pudding so that it does not get stuck to the wrap. Once wrapped, place your pudding in the refrigerator. Leave it in the fridge until it reaches a pudding form. Then your pudding is complete!

You can serve the pudding with raspberries, strawberries, or even whipped cream! Or, eat the pudding by itself. Either way, you will still get high. All you need to do is eat this marijuana edible like you would eat regular pudding. Then sit back and wait for the high to kick in.
