Gravy can be used with many food dishes. Some enjoy putting gravy on top of mashed potatoes. Gravy can also be good on some steaks, biscuits, and other foods. There are also different types of gravy; which is your favorite?
This recipe calls for cannabis-infused gravy. Pour it onto any food of your choice and watch that high kick in after eating it. The food that you pour the gravy onto does not need to be infused with cannabis, unless you want to get REALLY high. With the right strain, this cannabis gravy should be enough. Good food plus a good high afterward is always a good time.
This recipe will take around 45 minutes to complete. The ingredients below are enough to yield 8-12 servings. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup of cannabutter
- 2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary (chopped)
- turkey, chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons of fresh sage (chopped)
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup of flour
- salt and pepper (optional)
- One large skillet

Step 1: Melt
Start off by adding your cannabutter to the large skillet and placing it on the stove over medium heat. Allow the cannabutter to melt. Occasionally keep an eye on the butter to make sure that it does not burn.
Step 2: Saute
After the cannabutter has melted, add in the two onions and saute for 10 minutes. Next, add in the rosemary and sage and saute for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 3: Whisk
Once you finish sauteing, add your flour to the skillet and whisk (vigorously) for 1 minute. Then, slowly pour in the stock while continuously stirring. Add in enough stock so that the gravy thickens. Stir throughout the entire process.
Step 4: Simmer
Lastly, add in the vinegar to the gravy and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. After that, season the gravy with salt and pepper. Your cannabis-infused gravy is now complete!
