If you are a cookie dough lover like me, you have to try out this amazingly good recipe! The round bite sized pieces of cannabis cookie dough are so soft and delicious, and don’t forget about the fact that they will also get you high!
This recipe calls for both cannabutter and unsalted butter, however, you can change the ratio of butter yourself depending on high you are planning on getting. Since this is a raw recipe, we will not be using eggs. Also, we will be baking our flour, so need to worry about getting sick.
- 1 1/2 Cups of Flour
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
- 2 Tablespoons of Cannabutter
- 6 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: While the oven preheats, spread the flour onto a baking sheet and let it bake for five minutes. This will leave the flour with more of a “nutty” taste, and it will also kill off all bacteria in the raw flour.
Step 3: Melt the cannabutter and the unsalted butter together.
Step 4: Once your butter has completely melted, mix in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Step 5: Now, you should have a smooth batter from the mix. Next, fold in the flour. Add in your chocolate chips after the flour. Do not over mix this!
Step 6: Next, add the milk. Add in one tablespoon of milk at a time until you reach the consistency you desire. To be able to make small, round dough balls, the mixture needs to be slightly on the dry side, but not too dry.
Step 7: Once you have the shape of your cannabis cookie dough bites, they are complete! You can store them in your fridge for later use. Enjoy!
