Cannabis Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

Cannabis chicken quesadillas are great for filling you up, and getting you high. They can be used as a meal, and contain the right amount of weed to get you stoned, just like our other edible recipes.

Ingredients

Below are the ingredients for one serving. Use two tortillas per serving, if you wish to make more or less.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 ounces of shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of cannabutter or canna oil
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and/ or pepper (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make chicken mix

First, grab a small pan and heat it up on a stove on medium heat. Once it has heated up, add one tablespoon of your cannabutter (or oil). Mix in all of the cooked chicken, then add salt and/ or pepper if desired. Let this mix warm up, not cook, for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare quesadilla

After the chicken mix has warmed up, put it in a separate bowl and set aside. Then, heat up the same pan again on medium heat. Add the other tablespoon of cannabutter (or oil) onto the pan. Place one tortilla inside the pan, and spread 1/2 cup of cheese on it. Now add your chicken mix on top of the cheese. Spread the other 1/2 cup of cheese onto the chicken mix. Place the second tortilla on top of all that. Is it finally starting to look like a quesadilla?

Step 3: Cook like a quesadilla

Now, if you know how to cook a regular quesadilla, then you know what to do from here. Flip the quesadilla over until both sides are a golden brown color and all of the cheese has melted. Once this has occurred, remove the heat and remove the quesadilla from the stove. Allow it to slightly cool, then it is good to go! You can now enjoy your canna-chicken quesadilla.

You can make many different types of quesadillas if you desire to. To do so, simply replace the cooked chicken with your preferred substitute. This could be steak, shrimp, veggie or many others. You could also just remove the chicken and have an only cheese canna-quesadilla. The choice is yours!
